You can buy covers for the handles so they can't turn them. Amazon sell them. Can't see exactly the handle shape, but might be worth having a look
They sell round safety guards for round knobs, my son figured them out pretty quickly though
We have an old old house and our doorknobs periodically fall off lol baby proofing them just makes them harder to use. Luckily our 15 mo old isn't able to actually open these janky ass doors yet. But I totally see him pulling the front door knob off one day and locking me out on the porch.
