PUPPS Rash
I’ve developed PUPPP rash at 37 weeks, and honestly, it’s been even worse than my first-trimester nausea. The itching is relentless. It started on my stretch marks and has since spread all over.
My doctor prescribed steroid cream, calamine lotion, and Aqua Soothe, but nothing seems to be giving real relief. I was told it should go away after birth—but has anyone here actually experienced that?
Did your PUPPP rash disappear right after delivery, or did it linger? I’m also feeling really down seeing the scars it’s leaving on my body. Would really appreciate hearing your experiences or any tips that helped!

Eugh I had this and it was horrible. Mine went away a few weeks after birth but for lots of people it’s straight away. I took steroids and anti-histamines which helped. Also ice packs and cold showers.
I had this and did absolutely everything to try and get rid. I used bepantham cream on every night and day. Literally didn’t stop applying aswell as camomile. I had a small dose of a steroid tablet, that wouldn’t affect baby and eventually it went away before delivering but I know some can stay until after birth
