How many poos a day is your baby having?
For context my baby is almost 3 weeks old, breastfed, has probably about 4-5 big poos a day, but every single wet nappy change there is about a 50p sized poo in. Just wondering if this is normal? My previous son had a severe cmpa so I’m wondering if this is normal or a warning sign, thank you

1-2 with none of the small ones anymore

At 3 weeks mine was the same. She’s now 5 weeks and we have 1-2 big poos a day and rarely get the little ones now.
