I used a local one to me so likely not relevant. They will go direct to their bank relationships to see how much they’d loan, so more accurate than what you’d find online

You can go into any estate agents and someone in their sales team will help you out and can get you a mortgage in principle.
That’s what I did with my husband, saves going to a singular bank. They will find you the best options
