Piles

Me!! And it doesn’t seem to matter what I bloody do they keep coming back 😭😩
I use Anusol and they go for a while so it does help but hasn’t stopped them coming back

I suffered bad with this during my first pregnancy, keep going back to the Dr's as they did give me other things which were stronger to numb them!

As soon as they get a tiny bit sore… use the suppositories… it’s a bit weird having to put them up your bum… but it’s the only thing that works for me! The creams are useless. Eat lots of fruit and veg and fibre too! Xxx
