I would wait a bit longer if your little one isn’t walking outside yet or at nursery, there’s no rush for shoes. Clarks are great as measure their feet correctly and have some good choices for first shoes. They can be pricey so you could always get measured then look on Vinted.

Bobux is one brand we like, Skechers also been good. Let them figure out their balance first barefoot as much as possible before introducing shoes. Great time for it with the improving weather.

Our LG is either barefoot or in Inch Blue shoes. We got the ones with rubber soles so they're a little more sturdy than the suede ones but completely flexible and they had absolutely no impact on how she walked barefoot to them. We got some early walker barefoot shoes from a shoe shop and have barely put baby in them as they're quite bulky.
