Birthing comb or normal comb?

Just buy whatever is cheaper. We were told a mens beard comb would be the equivalent of a birthing comb.

I got a birthing comb like new on vinted super cheap!

Can you explain what they do, I’ve heard of them but don’t fully understand!

They are meant to help in diverting pain elsewhere when having contractions. So you squeeze them into your palm as pain receptors go to multiple places making yhe labour pain a little less intense. I’m gonna give it go, got mine off amazon with a wrist strap x
