How to tell the difference between fluids

Had intercourse last night and for once in the past 9 months it wasn’t painful. My partner said it felt completely different. I’ve been having contractions but they fizzle out. Well today, my shorts have been constantly damp. I didnt wear underwear. There’s some discharge but overall it’s a clear fluid, I can’t tell if it’s sweat, urine, or amniotic fluid. It’s pretty warm outside and in the house. there hasn’t been a single moment that the shorts have been dry since I woke up this morning. How do you tell the difference?

Use a pad. It's the easiest. Urine smells, amniotic fluid doesn't. Sweat won't affect the pad

You can even go to the hospital and they can check what it is. I don’t remember what happened exactly but they tested me once in the er

When my water broke, I had a high break and it was coming out super slow, my friend advised me to take my pants off and stand with my legs apart and see if the fluid started coming down my leg after a few minutes, if it’s just discharge or sweat, there won’t be fluid. If it’s your water, it’ll trickle down your leg after about 5-10 minutes

Hospital bag (UK)

What did everyone pack for their section? I'm staying in for 3 days due to mental health, not really sure what I'll need to bring, feeling very nervous. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

Pregnancy after c section

What time scale did everyone get pregnant again after a c section?
I know the doc said they recommend eating at least a year to 18 months but it took 4 years to get pregnant the first time after being told we could not conceive naturally so not wanting to stop it happening knowing it could take a very long time again but also worried.

Labour

Think im a bit confused really, i went into traige as was having contractions eveey 3-5mins. Since being here im now having them every 2-3mins which was confirmed with the machine and i think the toco was 90-100 and they feel painful and my lower back is in loads of pain but apparently im only just over 2cm dilated maybe, she has said i can stay here for a bit longer to see if things progress as had a previous quick birth as well but i dont understand why the pains are coming this quick if im only 2cm dilated and feel a bit deflated from it also.

I had a sweep this morning also.

C section trauma ?

Is it a thing to be traumatised by a c section delivery? I’m 4 weeks pp after having an emergency c section. I won’t go into the ins and outs to what got me there 😂
Nothing went wrong in the surgery at all, it was just incredibly intense, overwhelming and scary, but luckily my baby was delivered safe!
However I’m finding my birth experience quite difficult to even think about and when I do, I feel a horrid gut wrenching feeling, my heart aches and I just uncontrollably cry! My body feels really alien to me, like it’s not my own and I just feel really let down.
