Have you tried Mylicon Infant Gas Relief Drops? When my son goes all day without pooping I just give him some and he poops within the hour.
Is she breast or formula fed? My little one (breast fed) went a week without going. Doctor had us do 1 ounce of apple juice for 3 days. I think she finally went on day 3! Dr said now if she doesn’t go in 5 days then 1 ounce of apple juice for 2 days.

@Elizabeth might be worth it to ask the doctor. She told us the high sugar acts similar to like a miralax and helps baby go. We also use the gas drops Thais mentioned after most feeds.

I haven’t used suppositories, but I use something called a Windi tube by Frida and it works like a charm! Sometimes you have to hold it in a bit but it always gets my boy to poop when he’s backed up. Just make sure to put petroleum jelly or Aquaphor on it before inserting
