I think I am. I'm in that burnout part of life, and I don't really know how to get out of it. Crying, stressed, and sleeping a lot, dragging, and just feeling drained. The problem is I can't put my finger on where to start. What do I do?

I can totally relate. A lot of us feel that way. You're not alone. There will be better days. Sleeping is good if you're able to sleep. Do little things every day that bring a little light. Eat well and take vitamins.
thank you so much🫶🏽

I’ve cycled in and out of burnout and depression off and on. Things that have helped me are forcing yourself to do things you’ve previously enjoyed even if you don’t want to. It doesn’t even have to last long. Ten minutes outside, reading a book, baking, crafting, etc. can go a long way. Therapy is also a great option if you can afford it.
, thank you so much
May I ask, were there specific things that triggered you, or was it everything at once?

When it got the worst was the period when I was working full time Monday through Friday, going to school all day Saturday and Sunday for an advanced degree, and leaving my first marriage. That then went in to residency where I was working on getting divorced while working a 12 day on then 2 day off schedule that included one week of 24/7 on call every month for a year. It was just a lot of work both professionally and emotionally.
okay, I understand.

I am at this point too in life so I just went and is my hair bright yellow this weekend lol I miss that part of me I always did crazy colors. I’m going to start doing my makeup again I used to love doing I’m enrolling my son in swim lessons and currently getting my GED to feel better all around looking into going to medical school. Find something that you miss and enjoy doing that again even if it’s something small
beautiful… I love that for you

I am in both life burnout and caretaker burnout. I feel like I need a break from being the primary caretaker, but also know that it isn't a possibility for my family. (Husband works I am a SAHM of two autistic kiddos) So I push through to the best of my ability. I tried lexapro but it made everything hurt, so I weaned myself off of that and am back to rawdogging life.

Try starting small like Bluetooth headphones when kids are sleeping maybe listen to some music or just sounds like you need some you time. Being a stay at home mom is hard I work fulltime and got to school so daycare has my son so that I can work during the day. You just need to breath maybe step outside and take a deep breath look at the sky Breath momma your doing great ❤️
strong woman

Just stubborn enough to push through

Are you trying to keep the house clean, dishes are piling up, laundry is piling up and torn between cleaning or playing with your kids?
You are doing too much. Hire help. Or get rid of some things. Less is more.
I'm sorry you're struggling mama. Take it little by little.
