@𝐾𝑎𝑦🇨🇦🥀 lol same. I'm trying to switch my meds up because what I have isn't working anymore. Did you have any changes with your meds or symptoms after having kids?
I honestly don’t know. I was diagnosed with with BPD and knew my symptoms well enough. Then at the end of 2019 I was diagnosed with bipolar, and had my 1st in 2021. And didn’t know myself well enough to know how to manage before kids let alone after kids.

Me 🙋🏼♀️ I’m on an anti-psychotic and anti-depressant. Currently in a depressive episode since December. Im due in August and I’m hoping things will start to feel more positive when baby is here 🤞🏻
Right. I honestly hate having bipolar. It sucks. It’s so hard to navigate. And I’m so limited as to what I can and can’t take. I wish I never knew…
It’s the worst isn’t it 🙁 I hope your psychiatrist helps you find a way to manage. It can feel a very lonely experience though at times x
I haven't been officially diagnosed with either BPD or bipolar but I've had a Dr tell me to keep an eye on it so I don't take any meds for bipolar/BPD specifically. I take antidepressants and anti anxiety meds. I can't take Adderall for my ADHD because it makes me go manic after a few months of taking it but I haven't found a med to help my ADHD yet. After having my 2nd baby 9 months ago, I've just been all out of whack. Rapid cycling it feels like, just crying for weeks on end. My last appointment my Dr just upped my Wellbutrin by 25mg and said let's see if that works lol like bro no, it's probably not gonna do anything. I've been on meds for 13 years, feels like nothing works.

I have bpd and take litum 450 mg along with adhd medication
Mixed Bipolar here. Medication. Understanding your stressors and solidifying your discipline, taking accountability for your behavior and finding alternative solutions to your flares. Therapy.

I’m not. I’m on meds. But I’m not managing symptoms. Haven’t been for a while. It’s rough. I’m waiting for a psychiatrist appointment.
