Hot tub/spa after c section.
I'm going to be 7 weeks pp on Friday and my family has bought me a trip to a spa. I won't be having my 6 weeks check up until the week after but wondered if I'm ok to go in a hot tub at 7 weeks pp?
I've healed really well, haven't had any bleeding or discharge from my scar and it's been completely healed for the past 4 weeks or so. I've also had my first period since birth and this has now finished.
I know I'm ok to bath now, but not sure about hot tubs? Does anyone know or have any personal experience?

Oh great, there's no scabbing at all.
I went into our hot tub for the first time 12 weeks PP and it did sting after a while so got out straight away. I'd say just listen to your body and if you're worried then just sit on the edge and dip your feet - it's what I did for weeks 😂

As long as there's no scabbing and your scar is healed you should be fine i went in one at a similar time
