3 month old always congested

Hello, anyone else’s 3 month old congested every single night? This has been going on for weeks now I’m really not sure this is normal? Thanks

Yep mine. He did have a cold/might still have a cold. I have no idea anymore. 🫠

yes! i feel like my baby has been congested since about 2 months. she did get bronchitis, but pediatrician since has said she was healed. she also says the congestion is normal (???) and says the seasons bring a lot of stuff into the air and to use the humidifier frequently.

Has any of you tried cleaning their noses with the syringe? I’ve seen videos where so much mucus comes out.

Do you have a cold mist humidifier in their room? That could really help. Whenever my baby is congested I run a super hot shower and sit in the bathroom with them (not in the shower) or I'll ruin it till it is nice and steamy and then run a baby safe temp bath in the same bathroom. That seems to help a lot

Is this normal??

I’m 29 weeks pregnant and having really aching legs and they’re all lumpy and swollen. Above the knee and behind the knee . Should I be worried ? My legs have never looked like this up until a few days ago. ??

Would you bring 9 week old to a family party of 35+ people?

These are also people who will want to pass the baby around and get a turn to hold him. He just got his 2 month shots two days ago

Exercise 6 weeks after c section

What movement did people start to introduce? I won’t do anything too vigorous until I’ve seen the pelvic physio as I don’t want to compromise anything that may have been extremely weakened through pregnancy! But just wondering what types of classes/movement people started off with?
