Pay rise

I was wondering the same thing a few of the girls who went on mat leave before me last year didn’t receive anything with the last pay rise x

I was on mat leave during the last payrise and I got it back dated x

I think it depends on if your still receiving the OMP part of maternity pay when the rise comes in. Normally stepping up pay scales within your normal role will still apply if your still employed by the Trust 😌

I missed out as i wasn't getting the omp part, but automatically started to get it when I was back at work. It's very unfair 😕

Yes will still be getting OMP as I split it over the 12months

No I didn’t get the backdated money but I got the pay rise x

Yes you should get backdated pay, I did from the pay rise in 2023
