2nd baby worries!

Hello ladies, I've recently found out I'm pregnant with my second (1st boy just turned 5 years old). With everything going on in the world, we are not financially stable at all. We are currently living in a 2 bed, very small, council flat. This baby means we would have to find a bigger place. I've just started a new job in care, which means I won't be entitled to all the maternity benefits and perks. The job is great, I love being a carer but it's so so so hard working 12 hours a day when there's morning sickness involved. I haven't told my employer yet. My question is I guess; how to cope with the financial worries? I can't seem to stop worrying about it.

It is ok and normal to worry and to feel what you are feeling. I might ask the same thing and feel the same way if i am in your position.

But on the other hand,, i always think that life will also give you ways in whatever surprising way you can.

(i am not sure in which country are u) but Uhm for example (i just thought of this before because i was thinking before if i want another one.)
.. in other poor countries a lot of poor families they were the ones who have a lot of kids,, i know they dont have the ideal or quality of life that we want for our kids.. but THEY ARE SURVIVING.. may be very hard at first but again.. surviving.

So if you are in a country who offers free healthcare, education or funded childcare.. i think it is doable GIVEN that you have a really GOOD PARTNER / Good team in raising the kids ❤️ and i am sure.. YOU’ll find ways once you get there ❤️

@Denise there is no space in our room for our stuff let alone a bassinet and baby's stuff. It would be impossible to manage.

@Denise As I said, the flat is tiny and we only have necessities ourselves, and so does our son (of course, he has toys and things lying everywhere). Our bedrooms are literally a bed and some storage drawers. I'm trying to make a decision whether to have the baby or not. I'm asking advice to see how others coped and see whether I can get over these worries through that. I will not be able to have an enjoyable pregnancy if I'm stressing about the affordability of everything.
