My daughter has the same hair type as us and it does get really notty. Washing her hair has literally become impossible as she just screams when it comes to washing and brushing out her hair, even when I get the spray bottle and damp her hair to brush is a battle! I literally don’t no what to do anymore! Can anyone please help a girl out!
Thank you x

My girls both have 4c hair and i use mielle leave in conditioner to detangle it the pomegranate one. Its beautiful on the hair and the bonus is it smells amazing

Prep hair into 4-6 sections and work in even smaller sections as needed. Use a Wide tooth comb or thick plastic Afro pik comb vs brush and detangle from the ends 1st, then middle to ends and lastly root to ends.
Apply detangle spray or water as needed. Try to keep her hair styled e.g. twists, plaits or “done up/ styled “ to prevent hair knotting up. Bonnets for sleep, a decent oil to lock on moisture and keep hair silky
