Unusual stuff
Hello mums thank you for being my village . Today I am here to just vent . On Friday morning we were woken up at 4:30 with a big knock on the door.
To our surprise there were cops at our door step.
We have never encounter police and unsure what to do and what not to do .
I was skeptical if they were even genuine .
As we were in half sleep my husband opened the door.
Long story short they were looking for the old tenant who used to live in the house we purchased a year ago .
This whole incident has got me really worried and insecure .
I don’t knw what can I do or who can I talk to .
I am not able to sleep well at night .Just feeling a bit insecure in my own house .
I don’t think it was right for them to do there job and not know who lives in the house for last 1 year at 4:30 in the morning .
Please suggest what should I do .

Did they say why they were looking for them? I know where your mind is at but on the flip side it could be that they’re following up someone who had made a report or been a witness to something. If you’re feeling unsafe is it possible you can get some security cameras for peace of mind?
I have security camera I still feel my privacy is violated .
I haven’t slept well last night 😭
