If I mix protein powder with milk then have it with cereal, is it like protein cereal? Or no go for sugar content?

I want Reece’s puffs but can’t go to the store for ghost cereal and trying to stay on a diet😭

You will just be adding protein haha the cereals healthiness doesn’t change 😆😅 but if your only concern is getting more protein then yes I guess technically that would make protein cereal lol

Try protein with oatmeal, yogurt, or chia seed pudding! It'll mix better, making the overall experience better. And each of those can be made with milk so you get the protein from milk and the powder. Add brownsugar, cocoa powder, chocolate chips or honey to make it more palatable.

Honestly? Just make some room for it in your calories. The more you fight getting it the more likely you are to over eat it. Enjoy a bowl this week. Maybe cut out some carbs from breakfast’s or have half a serving.

@Tayva 😓 ugh imma do it anyway the protein powder makes me feel better about it🤣

@Allie always wanted to try chia seed pudding!! My man makes it with his oatmeal but I can’t with that taste. Never thought of yoghurt tho thank you!

@Sarah 🎀 honestlyy might do that I feel guilty just having it when I just got back on a healthier diet

I have done this! I mix a shake in a shaker bottle then pour it over a whole grain cereal

I say stick to the serving size on cereal and add the protein and enjoy. Just watch your processed sugar intake the rest of the day
