Since having my LG 2 years ago now I still feel so lost with myself, my relationship with my partner & just not myself in general still. I know this is probably very normal, but I’m just really struggling with it all. Me & my partner just argue constantly about me asking for help, wether it be keeping on top of the house work, with our LG or just if I need to try and catch up on myself when overwhelmed. I do currently take antidepressants since she was born as it has been very hard. I’m going back to the doctors soon to discuss possibly increasing my dose/ other things to help me.
Basically I just needed to get it all off my chest and see if anyone is in the same position and could recommend anything they do to help with it all. 🤞🏼❤️

Hey! If it helps, I feel the most “lost” now 19 months post partum. I don’t look like myself anymore, I can’t seem to get on top of anything that needs doing etc.. Some days it feels like I’ve got it together and others it does not! I’m in Marston so if you want to message privately we can chat 🧡

Aw I completely get it! I feel like I should have myself more together now being 2 years but I just can’t shift it and just struggle so much h daily at the moment not that anyone would think it looking at me. I try and just get in with it all and pretend it’s not that bad, but realistically we all know how it really is for us. Thank you lovely really appreciate it xx

It sounds like you’re doing the right things to keep yourself healthy eg speaking to your doctor because it doesn’t feel like something you can manage daily. I’m struggling more now with some things than I ever did as a newborn. I actually loved newborn 😂 x
