Vitamins with formula?

Hi everyone!
I’ve been ebf until now and been giving baby vitamin d drops! I’m now moving to giving baby one bottle of formula a day. Do I still need to continue vitamins? I was going to get the wellbaby 4 months up ones that include iron etc, Don’t want to end up doubling as I think formula has vitamins already?

My HV said still to give vitamin D if on less than 400ml of formula

I was told this too xx

Same here, vitamin D until at least 1 year old

What vitamins are you giving with formula

I'm breastfeeding too and starting to introduce a bottle. I'll attach a photo of the vitamins I use.

I chose these because they come with syringe so if you don't give a bottle one day ir they don't finish it, you don't need to prrybif they've had the vitamins or not.
