I asked my OB about this early on, she told me to avoid acrylics but regular mani and pedi is fine so I’ve been doing that.

i always get nervous to ask my OB any questions, thank you 🫶

I’ve gotten my nails done and I’ve gotten acrylics never been told to watch out for it. Babies been absolutely perfect.

yup i have a lot of friends who got acrylics. Meanwhile I’ve been super careful about everything and have been told my baby will have a cleft lip so  who knows lol

I was told to avoid UV and salons that are particularly not well ventilated

i’ve been getting my nails done my entire pregnancy. i get gel x nails

I started after like 4 months getting mani pedi today I didn’t want to but we gotta feel like a lady sometimes LOL

My mom also wants me to get my hair highlighted but I’m not to sure even though I know a girl died her eyebrows and hair red orange throughout her whole pregnancy

i died my hair twice during pregnancy, my dr said it was fine

I bought vegan hair dye to keep my chemical intake down
