10 month regression
Anybody else’s LO won’t stay asleep in the evenings? My LG would go down well for bed but would wake up after an hour and sometimes she would stay awake for 3-4hours before going back to sleep again🫠

Maybe it's too long? Maybe she's overtired by then?
she used to be fine with 4hours if any shorter and she won’t fall asleep easy
Going through the same with my 10month old! 😭 Apparently it’s sleep regression as they’re learning new skills/developing and I think he’s teething too. He wakes up every 15/20mins and finally settles after 11.30pm
Been through it last few weeks. Only this week he’s doing hour stretches, getting better. Really struggling
Hang in there , hopefully things get better for us! Because its so hard when we don’t get a break.. my LO luckily sleeps from 11pm-7/8am so I can at least get sleep🙈
