Anyone have any idea what this rash might be?

Could be a lot of different things (heat rash, dairy allergy, or skin sensitivity to a certain product). I would connect with their pediatrician just in case!

That's how my son's eczema started right at 8 weeks! Started on his belly and then moved to any places with creases (neck, armpits, elbows, etc.). We use a TON of aquaphor twice a day & everything he comes in contact with is hypoallergenic.
