Babydaddy might get arrested
I left my baby daddy and made police report about the abuse me and my kids were going through with my baby daddy and sent evidence of video recordings of the abuse And the social worker said he might get arrested. But I didn’t want that to happen to him I just wanted to get a protective order

Now you get both, get the order while he’s in before he gets out and try to start filing for full custody imo. Proud of you for getting out👏❤️
He broke the law(harmed his/a woman and children) he deserves to get arrested
Thank u right now they are working on the protective order what is the next step I should take child support? or child custody?cause I’m in Texas and they said Texas is a two parent state
I would say child custody so he can’t fight you over that first then worry about child support after, personally haven’t gone through this but read a lot of posts and that’s what I would do in a abusive situation
