Postpartum weight/ join pain

I am due again in November of this year with my third. I will briefly have 3 under 3. It wasn’t planned to have another baby let alone this soon as my youngest is 9 months. I know women do it. I just don’t know how…
I don’t expect my body to just bounce back in any capacity. And I know that with each baby and pregnancy I have dedicated less time to working out and healthy eating habits. But what I didn’t expect to linger was the joint pain I have in my legs, especially my knees! They ache all the time. I realize my body has to adjust to pregnancy and carrying the weight of pregnancy and some weight gain that I haven’t lost. But I don’t ever remember my joints hurting this bad before. I plan to bring it up at my next ob appointment.
But I was just wondering if anyone else has felt this way or if you have had any physical therapy during and after pregnancy. I looked up diy stretches/exercises. But I just feel like an actual appointment would be more effective.

3 under 3 with my youngest at 2 months, I have PT scheduled for next month! I have been dealing with the same issues, joint pain and weight gain has been more than I had anticipated this time around and didn’t do PT during pregnancy (just walked and did stretches at home). Bring it up to your OB and see if they can refer you to PT whenever is appropriate for your situation.

Day out after c section

Hey,
I had an emergency c section 1 week ago I obviously don't want a day out right now but I have things booked for the Easter holidays so in 2 weeks. I was just wondering if I will be overdoing it if I have a day out then or will I be ok? I would still take it as easy as I could. When did everyone feel good enough to go out?

Reduced Movements

Has anyone else gone in for monitoring for reduced movements and as soon as you arrive at triage the baby starts moving and the CTG is normal? It makes me feel like I am over reacting.

2nd pregnancy after c section

I’m not planning on getting pregnant anytime soon but in the future possibly. I just wanted to know how is pregnancy after c section like my fear is having to go through another emergency operation or even putting strain on my incision during pregnancy

Newborn stage

Is anyone tired of doing the same thing everyday and being on a 2-3 hour schedule? It’s the same everyday and I feel like I’m losing my mind. It’s making me depressed even if I get out once a day. When does it get better? I feel like I’m just waiting for the next stage where it’s not just sitting around all day.
