Red/dry face
My little boy has started to get quite dry red patches on his face. Does anyone recommend a cream to help sooth/get rid of it

My baby gets dry redness in her face and the dr told me to stop using bath products to see if she's reacting to that so I did and they told me she had ezscma so prescribed epimax but I know you can buy this over the counter. Or try e45 cream? Sorry I can't help more xx
Mine gets patches on his cheeks when teething and baby aveeno works really well for him. Some other creams seem to agitate it and make him uncomfortable but this he is quite happy having applied and reduces the dry and redness.
Vaseline is my go to for really dry skin.
