Almost 6 weeks pregnant! With my first, I had morning sickness (more like all-day nausea) from weeks 7 to 14, and I feel like it might be starting soon.
Last time, I was lucky enough to be home throughout the pregnancy, so I could deal with the nausea in comfort. But now I own a medspa and I’m working, so that luxury is out the window 😅

Pretzels and oatmeal saved me through my first trimester. Ginger gravol lozenges were another life saver.
