2nd baby and bump has grown much more quickly this time around. For the last the last few days have really started struggling with digestion - can't eat a full meal otherwise I feel awful. Anyone else getting this / suggestions of things to eat/drink to feel better?

I don’t have suggestions for things that make me feel better but smaller meals more regularly have helped keep my energy up - 5 small snacks/meals a day rather than three big meals. And not eating late has helped! Still get bad heartburn though 😭
Oh that's a good shout thank you - the evening meals are the worst.
I didn’t realise I’d posted this in the Nov babies chat! (Just came up in my feed) I’m 33 weeks so prob more to do with baby taking up a lot of room - but do remember the earlier days were pretty bad too 😅 smaller portions, snacks, plain food, Salty stuff!
