I’ve been tracking religiously with no luck. I’ve felt very annoyed at people telling me not to bother and just have fun. However, today my GP told me that the guidance is to just have regular sex every 2 days, and that ovulation tracking isn’t as important as it used to be thought to be. What do you guys think?

Tracking my cycles. Including ovulation has helped me massively. I know how long my cycles are and when roughly my ovulation will be. As my cycles have always been irregular, but there's still a pattern in the irregularity. But personal choice

I think it depends if the tracking is increasing yours/husbands stress or anxiety.

I vaguely track, as in I know how long my cycle is, when my period is due and also when I’m likely to ovulate. I’ve never used ovulation tests or anything though.
Through being aware of my cycle and when I’m likely to ovulate, I have had two successful pregnancies all within three cycles, but I’m aware that I’m also very lucky to have that.
