(I’ll also contact the company)… but just wondering if anyone can advise. I measured my child’s feet for BGreater shoes. Came up as close to size 8. So that’s what I ordered. But then the shoes arrived today, and just seem significantly larger than his feet…. even moreso that this photo suggests.
I measured again with the measuring print inside the box - still says size 8.
They’re “barefoot” shoes, to my knowledge…. are they just meant to be bigger, or am I missing something/being stupid?

These sandals fit her well by the way, they’re not too big x
Hi - Thankyou for replying about this - these aren’t sandals though. They’re trainers.
It doesn’t make sense, as they’re clearly just too big. But that’s the size they measure up to.
Anyway, I’ve emailed the company to see what to do.

Ive just put her clarks trainers against her feet and they look similar too to be honest x

I’m sure they’ll exchange them for you though x
Okay that’s interesting.
I’m going to send photos on the measuring device, and see what they say. These just seem really significantly larger than the feet.

This is how my son's feet look in BGreater shoes too and he says they are the best. Think the idea is to give them room. He has the 7s too and they definitely feel a little tight at the toe box
that’s helpful to know thanks
