My toddler will NOT let me clean her ears
She throws a tantrum every time I try to clean them. They’re so dirty every time we go to the doctors they say there’s A LOT of ear wax. They say there’s no ear infection or anything. But it’s gotten worse since her last appointment and she will not let me touch her ears. What can I do? I don’t wanna force it because I don’t wanna hurt her ears but it’s getting ridiculous now 😩 I haven’t cleaned them in weeks. Almost a month.

Do it while she’s sleeping
Try to make into a game or try singing while you do it. That’s what I had to do with my little guy bc he wasn’t haven’t it until he was almost 1 and a half
Take showers with her and make it a routine to clean them afterwards! My son has the hard type of ear wax so the only time I could ever clean it decently was after a nice shower :) they dont even have to get soapy honestly I just let them play in the floor while I shower and then when I get out I clean my ears then I offer to clean the little ones ears after showing them what came out of mine and they always want their ears cleaned :)
my daughter is a heavy sleeper when it comes to noise but when it comes to touch she freaks out. When I try to move her or when I’m inspecting a cut/bug bite/ or even changing her diaper she wakes up fussing.
yes I’ve tried that when I show her she gets freaked out by the earwax like it’s a bug or something 😅😩
