Is CVS procedure painful?
I have to have the CVS procedure on Monday due to screening giving us a high risk result.
Has anyone had it? Is it painful?

Sorry to jump on this, I am due to have CVS testing on Monday and am just looking for personal experiences, how did you find it in the end?
Hi Georgia, i didn't find it painful st all. The dr gave me two local anesthetics and although I could feel thr sensation of her moving the needle around in my tummy, there was no actual pain at all. I was warned that I could experience some cramping afterwards but I personally didn't x
