I like Noom, but I've nevee used any of the others so I can't compare.

I just used a notebook and wrote down my fitness plan/daily diet. No app membership needed. When you really want it, you won't need anything but your own determination. I'm down 115 with 30 more to go<3 goal of being 115 lbs.
