Swollen ankles today

Has anyone else got swollen ankles today? I haven’t suffered with them yet so presuming it’s the heat but wheeww

Yes, I’ve noticed I get it if I’m sat with my legs down too long like on longer car journeys 🙈

I did for the first time on Thurs…feet were swollen too
