Please help
Hi, I’m on universal credit and I also work part time.
I’m struggling to find a privately rented property in London.
I have a gurantor, I’ve offered rent up front but I’m still not hearing back or I am being rejected
What am I doing wrong :(

Have you tried openrent? Alot of flats on there and you can filter the search to find flats who take DSS, You not doing anything wrong! Just unfortunately alot of landlords "Mortgages" Can't take UC tenants due to security etc.... It's BS really.... I was homeless for 6months....took me that long to find a place, As my council weren't helping and they put me in a hotel.... I know its hard just have to search daily, also Gumtree is good ,x
In many areas rents just exceed what housing benefit pays sadly 😞
