Some advice and more info please!!!

Ok so a month ago my bd came to see my baby. She loves putting her two fingers in her mouth all the time . So he told my daughter in a joking way that he has more kids in his balls , just how he brought her into this world he can take her out with one punch that I’m the only one who can save her and that if I wasent there he would’ve done it two hours ago . Mind yall he said it in front of me . I got concerned and sacred so I went to the police and wrote a police report and than I filed for a restraining order on behalf of my child . The judge approved it for a hearing . Now I’m worried that in the hearing he’ll get rights and will be added on the birth certificate .
