Me and my husband love movies and have been trying to find one that can captivate our 20 month old for more than 5 mins. Any suggestions for some that are a real hit with active toddlers?
I forgot to mention that she’s a girl, if that helps at all, lol.

Surprisingly slower movies catch my daughter’s attention more like the older Disney movies lady and the tramp, Bambi aristocats Winnie the Pooh. For regular trolls was and Elmo in grouch land

My boy is obsessed with Toy Story. Of course it never helped we have the toys too so he connects with it easier 🤣

The lion king (1994) & Bee movie are two of my sons favorites

Totoro!

The Goofy Movie and the 2nd one! It kept my boy’s full attention. He also loves Cars and Planes and will request them interchangeably.

My LO loves alvin and the chipmunks and trolls

My little one started with figurines from monsters inc. When we finally showed her the movie, she became obsessed! We then did the same with Finding Nemo and she now loves it too!

that’s interesting! I tried Cinderella with my daughter and I don’t think she was into the music

Miss Rachel works at this age

my son loves toy story, (besides the monkey scene in ts3), lilo and stitch, cars, and boss baby. and the smurfs sometimes.

have you tried Moana? He likes the first one too

My daughter loves trolls, spirited away, Horton hears a who, the peanut movie, and wreck it Ralph for sure. She loves if their singing or if they're slowpaced

I tried last night and it’s a winner! Granted we watched it during dinner so not the full movie but she loved it!

The only movies my son enjoys is the live action Paddington movies. He loves them! But he also doesn’t seem to like cartoons. Paddington and Mr Roger’s Neighborhood are his thing. Lol

We LOVE SING and Zootopia

Try your library they should have dvds and you can try out different shows. I like the ones that read stories and show illustrations.
