Had your child ever played with your phone and did something embarrassin/funny or called someone by mistake?

My daughter moves my icons and has also called 2 ppl accidentally. I’ll end the call real quick but it already came up on their phone.

My 13 year old was 3 at the time and called 911 twice when his grandmother was watching him 😂🤣

When he was younger he used to take my phone and take a bunch of selfies. Like 50 at a time lol. And yes he has called people but it’s usually people he FaceTimes regularly anyway. But the funniest is when I go into my photo gallery and see the 50 selfies that he took lol. He loves watching back on the videos I take on his play dates or when we’ve been out somewhere the first thing he does when we get in the car is he wants to watch the videos of that day so that’s what he watches on the way home lol.

We live in a different country to both grandparents so we videocall nearly every day. Our daughter was 9 months and obviously doesn't care for it but needs to hold the phone. We were on the phone to my husbands parents but daughter is holding the phone. The next thing we hear my mums voice cause she had added her to the call somehow! No idea how she had managed it, but so glad it was my mum and not some random in my phone!

She also recently found filters on the calls, I didn't realise until she started 'woofing' at the phone that she had put the dog ears on herself 😅🙈 she's only one and that and 'dada' are the only things she says!

When my oldest was 1 he opened my IG and started a group chat with a bunch of random people, some of which I hadn't talked to or seen in lile 10 years, then he video called the group

My nephews used to grab their mom’s phone and sneak away to their rooms to FaceTime random people. Hilarious

I discovered it later when I went to my DMs and saw the group, not sure if anyone had picked up but I was mortified and just didn't say anything and deleted it lol

My son has called 911 twice. I honestly think he dialed something other like a non emergency line cause he was one but they still sent out officers. But he knows what the contact photos of our family are so I’ve definitely had to swat the phone when he FaceTimed my mom or mil and I’m on the toilet lol

Not my phone but, my daughter somehow manage to download & order some things from Amazon on my husbands phone & through the TV😅

Nothing bad, I have occasionally opened my camera roll to find multiple photos of random things she has taken a photo of, mainly her toys and dolls.

Avatar

No because my daughter has never had my phone other than when she asks to take pictures and I watch her the whole time. I'm not sure why she would and am a little surprised by the results?

Leaky nappy help

What nappies are you using to stop leaks?? We use pampers ultra dry size 5, and for the past few nights he has lashed through and we’ve had to completely change him during the night. Last night he leashed through twice!! He sleeps on his front and stays leaks through at the top of his leg where the tabs connect. Didn’t know whether to size up, he has a bit of a belly on him but he’s smack in middle of weight guidance so shouldn’t need too

When do things get easier?

As we entered the 9-12 month stage, my son started crawling and pulling himself up. He also became more clingy and does not play alone, still doesnt sleep through the night, and this week has been sick (so EVERYTHING amplified). I am tired and overwhelmed. Please lie and tell me things get better. 🥺

4 month bed time

What time do you put your babies to bed?
What time do you start your 'routine?'
My LO currently goes to bed around 10.30pm, and I know i need to start bringing it forward. Everytime ive tried, it takes longer for my LO to settle.
We are exclusively breastfeeding. Any advice Mamas?

5.30am wakeups 😫😴

My 15 week old has started waking up about 5.30am and is really hard to settle back down - it’s like he thinks it’s time to wake up for the day. He used to go to bed at 9pm and was up at 8am but now he goes to bed between 7.30-8pm as he’s knackered by then but waking up at 5.30am😴. Any advice to get him to sleep a little longer in the morning?! Even an extra hour would be lovely 🤣
