Frida!

I bought the Frida boy shorts as seen so many recommendations online. They are advertised as disposable but apparently they wash well and can be used over. I also have high waisted knickers from Asda multi pack in a bigger size than usual so they are a bit on the baggier side

I've got the incontinence style ones from Amazon. They seem just as good and a fraction of the price

Frida - the high rise ones. Used them with my first and they were absolutely amazing. So comfy and don’t irritate the scar https://amzn.eu/d/2Dt5ccY

can I just ask how you would use them? I got them too but they are quite thin, so assume you would put a pad inside? Or another pair of underwear on top?

yes you have to put a maternity pad inside. But that’s it, I didn’t have any leaks etc, they are actually quite strong! If you feel you need to then you could put underwear on top but I didn’t need to (even when the blood loss was heavier) xx
