Owlet sock troubleshoot
Anyone else (UK) had trouble connecting their owlet sock to their WiFi? It says the password is wrong but it’s not. We’ve tried everything, changing bandwidths etc. our last thought is it an Apple compatibility issue?

Sounds stupid, but are you selecting sock 2 instead of sock 1 (or something like that?) we did the same initially and tried adjusting the bandwidth between 2G and 5G etc with no success and then it turned out we had selected the wrong sock option.. 🤦🏻♀️
Make sure your signing up with the correct country. We did it accidentally Europe and didn’t realise and it wouldn’t connect x
We had to split our WiFi so it was 2.4. I can’t sign in via the WiFi settings on my phone, instead I press the owlet WiFi, go off the page, go onto the internet and type in 198.168.0.1 and sign in to my WiFi that way. You can also do it on a computer I think. I also had to ask the WiFi company to put it on a channel less than 10 or it wouldn’t show up. I had a nightmare doing it but if I follow the above I can connect it anywhere.
I had this, it was the owlet dream sock we have and I’d downloaded the owlet care app(green logo)… needed to download the owlet dream app (lilac logo) xx
I had such a nightmare with it! It was so frustrating and I had never seen anyone talk about it just about how amazing the owlet is! Had all the problems you all described but couldn't overcome the 2.4/5gh wifi issues. Customer service was also so slow with replies on the online chat and only every suggested help which was the same steps as the manual. The sock would just never pair with the app and kept saying try again and was so frustrating. They did send a replacement sensor but that wasn't the issue or the part that wasn't working so idk why they did that. I eventually contacted Amazon customer service as I bought it though that and they explained about the. 2.4/5hz wifi and how it wasn't comparable with my wifi type. So frustrating as it dosnt say that anywhere on the website or instructions. I had to return it to Amazon and was so upset that I couldn't use it and sleep at first gave me so much anxiety. Sorry bit of a rant but yeah had issues connecting it and could never resolv
we did it through a desktop and finally got it working!!
