Baby likes tags

That's actually a thing! That's why you find lots of toys for this age with short pieces of ribbon to mimic tags. And yes, my daughter just started discovering all the tags on her toys 😂

My baby hasn’t ripped them off yet but yesss it stresses me out bc I’m worried she will! She wants to eat the tags more than she’s interested in the toy. Some of them I tried to take off but it ripped the stuffing so I just threw them out completely.

Also the harder like 3m-6m plus toys like the phone and some of the other things.. i have to hold it while she holds it bc she’s so aggressive and hits her head or mouth with them… is anyone else’s baby aggressive with toys?

Yes, that’s my 6 month old boy!! He will find all the tags and chew them!! I worry more about the ink on them, since he doesn’t have teeth to bite them off yet. Sometimes I cave though.

Same!! I worry about the ink too but I assume they are baby toys and so it should be safe? 😅 that’s how I convince myself

I’ve also got a major tag chewer!! I ended up rage cutting off the tags on his sleep sacks because he would NOT stop eating it while I was trying to ‘shhh’ him to sleep😂

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve said “oopsie” as my lil one hits himself square in the face with the book/toy I was holding infront of me, so aggressive!! He’s determined to eat everything but for some reasons there’s something special about those cardboard-y pages of his books😂

My son just loves to chew on the rags and ribbon. I haven’t had any issue with them being ripped or fraying though. He just chews them. It’s soft on his little gums as he’s teething.

Both of my kids are OBSESSED with tags my daughter has a taggie blanket and we’re about to buy one for my son too

yes my boy has this ball with a rattle inside but it’s a bit heavier than some of his other toys and he loves it but always smashes it up his head and face

Yes!! My baby also has a string on his puppy toy to drag him. He prefers the string, I'm like should I just give you shoe laces as toys 🤣 I wouldn't trust them though lol

There’s this brand of toys called Taggies. They sell toys with lots of satin tag-like pieces. My daughter loves them!
