Hey 👋
Ok where to start.
34 years ild 3 kids my youngest are 6. I have battled with my weight since I was a kid. I remember seeing photos of me and I have always been chubby... 2 years ago I started intermittent fasting and I was on it. I was in a new relationship I was absolutely buzzing for life. I remember the lowest I ever saw on the scales was 15.13.5
Today im still in that relationship however it's not going great. We are long distance. I am now 21 stone. I feel awful. I cant go out anywhere I can barely move I broke my foot last november it really messed everything up. But... I have no energy I could sleep all day im fed up. And every week I say the same thing and I never do anything. Can anyone help me please?

I feel you on this girl! Do you have a support system at all? Or a positive encouraging friend to help you get back on track?
I’m a PT and can help you - free of charge to help kick start you off if want.
One change I would implement right now that doesn’t cost anything or take much effort is listening to positive podcasts, music, motivational videos to get that mindset moving and changing into the right direction.

I agree with . It all starts with the mind and the mind reflects our hearts. Why don't you feel worthy of change for yourself? Whether the relationship is good or in a bad patch, it shouldn't reflect on how we treat our body.
If for right now, you can't find a reason internally for why you deserve change, how about an external reason?
Do your children deserve the choices you make currently for their lives? If not, how can you feed them better? Even if you just focus on that, eventually, you may start making healthier choices for yourself.

I so feel you I’m the heaviest I’ve been since I was 19 always say I’m gonna get fit and healthy do I nope 🙂↔️ and then I get really down about myself looking disgusting I’m so ready to try Monjaro but scared of the awful side effects and not sure if they would sell it as my bmi is just under x

Hi I also agree it starts with the mind . I use to struggle also with my weight always on this or that but what also helped me was accountability group . I can help you if tou would like . We can hold eachother accountable take it day by day

Honestly, I would just start with nutrition. Go to caloriecalculator.com to find out how many calories you need in a day and just start there and then slowly add in movement. If losing weight was easy, everyone would do it. You got this! Here if you ever need an ear or anything! Good luck!

Hey I’m in the same boat telling myself I’m
Gonna get healthy go to the gym etc then I don’t then get really down and feel sick when I look at myself in the mirror I just can’t seem to get on board with the whole weightloss journey after a few days I end
Up back to square one I know it’s not a quick and easy solution and it does take time to see results but now I’m getting really down about it x
