Nap refusal

We nap on demand: mostly, sometimes 3 times and seldom 1

I’m not a mum who follows apps like that in all honesty. We dropped from 3 naps to 2 way earlier than everyone else as well so I’m just thinking this is her natural progression. Every baby is different after all. I can’t force her to sleep when she doesn’t want to. She will literally sit playing happily in her cot for 2 hours 🤦🏽‍♀️ 😂

We nap on demand too. Sometimes it's difficult because he won't take his first nap until late and then the second is super late...but if I stopped him having the second he'd be a mess by 6 and then up half the night if I put him to bed! I have considered a one nap schedule but then as soon as I decide to try that he's a grumpy mess by 10am and needs a first nap 🙈. Ya can't win

No matter how few or many napsnwe have mine has never slept 7 til 7. She was technically asleep between those periods this week the day she had one nap but I fed her back to wriggly sleep several times so dont think that counts. She does best pn 2 naps but the 2nd nap is getting later so it impacts on bedtime. My older two didn't go to 1 nap til around 18m (but they also slept 7-7 from an early age) so it's still chaos sleep wise here

We are just transitioning to one nap. My daughter went to two naps at 5 months (early, I now), and now she's just refusing the second nap for a while. I'm just following her lead, no difference in her night sleep(sometimes restless, as always, sometimes she is fine, she is teething as well). The longer she went between nap and bed time was 8h40m🙈
