Congratulations! But also, I know this time can be really tough! My eldest was 2y3m when my twins were born. If I’m honest, I was absolutely horrified/ terrified when I found out it was twins.
My main tip would be get as much help as you possibly can, whether that be paying for it, or through generosity of friends/ family.
See if there is a twins group near you. We’re lucky that there happens to be a weekly one at the family centre on our road, and it has provided so much support/ reassurance.
I breastfed/ pumped until my twins were 11 months. I found pumping using a wearable pump a lot easier and it also meant I could sometimes take my eldest out whilst the little ones were at home x

Following as I am currently 16wks with dcda twins. We haven't found out the genders as yet. We have a 16month old so we definitely know we are in for some chaos.

Infound out i was having twins when I was 14+5, so also a bit later than usual!
My oldest was 17 months old when the twins were born. Ot was a tough first year for aleep, and toddlerhood is chaos :)
I breastfed both for 6 months, and then Twin B until she was 14 months (A just preferred the bottle).

It has a zip up compartment for the legs so while they are little you could easily just lay a blanket down and they can fit side-by-side or foot foot like a bassinet stroller. They could both sleep comfortably in it until about 10 months and it has seatbelts so now that they are bigger One can sleep in one can sit or they can both sit.

It is super compact and the wheels are all-terrain and I have used it on snow mud rock ice and gravel and it has been great. My twins turned one in a few weeks and we use it every single day. !
