Pramsuit?

To Pramsuit or not to Pramsuit? I’ve only had a summer baby so didn’t need a Pramsuit straight away. But do I need one straight away with this winter baby? Do they even do them from newborn? I’m thinking of when I’m on the nursery run with toddler (as it’s not worth driving there) & going shopping etc. I’m an anxious girlie so I’ll be worried the baby will be either too cold without one or too hot with one 🤦🏻‍♀️😂

Ive got 2. I got a soft fleece one in newborn from h&m with built in feet and mitts..I felt like it was comfier/softer for when they're tiny. Then I've got a padded one in 0-3 second hand off vinted for when its depths of winter. We're always out walking with our dogs so I didnt want them getting cold x

Yeah I’ve got a fleece one and like a normal one for rain I think? I got 0-3 months from next on sale x

I’ve picked up a newborn white company soft fleece one from Vinted and then a slightly bigger more cloth padded one from newbie in 1-2m, again wonderful Vinted. Thinking the same my side - about pram walks when they’re in the bassinet and if I use a carrier early on.

I had an Oct baby last time... It depends what you want to do/where you're going. You can't put in car seat in pram suit so if you're going somewhere mostly inside then I wouldn't bother and then use a blanket with the pram but if you're outside for a longer period of time then definitely x

I had a Jan baby with my first and we used the pram seat all the time when going on walks etc but we live in the centre of my city so we walk everywhere. Another good option is a star blanket, got mine on Amazon. Worked well when I had to pop somewhere quickly and was cold but not quite cold enough for a pram suit

Perfect thank you all! Think I’ll definitely get one x

I didn’t use the padded one with my October baby last time due to car use. Just a fleece one which was suitable for the car and a star blanket for other pram walks not using the car. Star blanket much easier to put on a young baby too!

My first baby was early Jan. Pramsuits were great for those really cold days, rest of the time we used the fleece star wraps
