I know it’s hard but just go with the flow and the people at the clinic really know their stuff so just listen and ask questions, limit your stress and trust the process 🤞🏼💕

Hey! I'd say start doing some stretching! Sounds a little crazy, but the more you can get the blood flowing to your lower body the better. I also got a pill pot to make sure that all of my meds were organised as it takes the stress away from remembering what to take and when!
There are loads of podcasts/ivf affirmations out there, too, which I found good to listen to at certain points, but do what feels right for you! Sending you lots of positive thoughts ✨️
Happy to answer any questions that you have 😀

If your clinic offer free counselling - take it! Try to avoid testing early during 2 week wait. Trust your instincts, even when dealing with medical professionals. Take time for yourself - IVF is all consuming so doing things you love will help give you some headspace x

Read 'it starts with the egg', get a good prenatal, do acupuncture before your transfer, be kind to yourself and try not to plan and rush it. Best of luck 🫶🏼

Keep blood flowing, eating your vitamins, taking your folic and trust the professionals with your treatment plan. Healthy body and healthy mind. Good luck!
Thank you ladies ❤️

As much as we invest in testing ourselves, take some time to have your partner tested as well. Sperm Defrag, varicocele is very often overlooked and it’s found after many cycles.
my husband has already had his sperm analysis and it all was fine ☺️ but I will still ask our consultant just in case x
