Germolene for nappy rash?
Has anyone tried it? My toddler (2yrs) is crying in pain due to bad nappy rash. I thought it might be good as it’s a local anaesthetic? Can’t seem to find much about it online. Help!!

Metanium nappy ointment always worked well with bad nappy rash!
It’s not recommended for nappy rash as it can be too harsh for children’s skin especially in that area so it could end up causing further irritation x
Yellow tube metanium, its been discontinued but u can still buy it on Ebay, it always worked within hours when my son had bad nappy rash or sudocrem
