Moaning noises

My little one has done for a while and I thought it might have been a phase but he spends sooo much of the day making moaning noises, he doesn’t necessarily seem unhappy at points while doing it and he could playing on his mat but he just continues making the noise sometimes it then get worse or louder and then you can hear he is more upset.. I’m not sure now whether to take the moaning noises as he’s unhappy or whether he’s just making noise.. any ideas???

My little one does this a lot too. Sometimes he sounds upset, sometimes he makes grunting noises, sometimes he’s just cooing and babbling. As far as I know this is their way of exploring their voices and the sounds they can make. First steps towards speaking. All very normal, even if the sounds are strange and sometimes not the most pleasant to
listen to 😂

My LG does the same 😅

Mine does it when she starts getting tired. Could it be that? Try to see when the moaning starts to see a pattern.

Mine is the same
I find that it’s mainly frustration cos he’s wanting to do stuff/move about but he can’t
Like especially on his play mat he’s wanting to move about and get to his toys he’s pushed away so gets frustrated x

Our little man does this too and it's his cue for getting tired ☺️

he definitely does it when he’s getting tired but it could also be straight after naps

on his mat is where he does it most, he has now started getting on his hands and knees and is rocking and this is normally where he starts getting worse and upset with it, which is when I feel like it is frustration too.

He already has two teeth that have come through so I’ve also wondered if it’s that as he also gets upset when biting down on his toys and also sometimes is doing it when he has been feeding a while and it then reaches a point that my flow might have slowed. It just seems to be so much of a mix… that right now he just permanently seems frustrated or like he’s getting angry!x

I honestly feel like my little one is frustrated all the time too! Definitely hoping it’ll pass and they’ve just gone so much going on in their little heads x

Now you've mentioned that ours does that from time to time too. I remember thinking he's either still tired or just a little groggy from waking up.

It could be anything though Hun, or a mix of things as I've seen you've mentioned teething. It's tricky to work out sometimes isn't it. You've got this though, you'll work it out x

Help! First time mum -

I have a 4 month old and now all of a sudden when he’s been asleep for 1hr30/2hrs he will wake up screaming (high pitched) I’ve tried winding him sometimes that helps, I’ve tried bicycle legs & bringing his knees up but that doesn’t seem to help but he brings his knees up himself sometimes but nothing happens. I’ve noticed since the 4 month mark he has started to struggle passing wind downwards! Any tips?

Breastfeeding

Does it ever feel better? The actual feeding part of it is going really well and baby boy is growing so well. I’m struggling with how my boobs feel day to day - it’s really getting me down most days. The let downs make me feel awful and sounds silly but, I am also really missing not wearing a bra! 9 weeks postpartum and still getting fairly engorged, even with comfort pumping.

Any advice or just shared stories would help. I’m so torn between carrying on because I enjoy the feeding side of it or switching to formula.

Big nursing bras!

I’m looking for recommendations for good nursing bras for bigger breasted ladies!

I’m currently in a 38H which seems to be the biggest size done at M&S (UK based mama here) and it’s snug and not as supportive as I’d like. When I look online, they mainly seem to be sized S, M, L, XL etc rather than bra sizes.

Any recommendations please?

Our current baby bath is quite big should I try a different one? Looking for any suggestions as want her to enjoy bath time not be upset and I'm scared I'm going to make her hate it😢💗

Strange question

Hello. I would identify myself as asexual but yes i am married and i have a child. But now that ive had my baby. I think its solidified that im done having sex. I feel bad as my partner keeps asking me but i just dont want to. Any advice on what i can do? Any other asexual moms out there? I guess this could be confusing but im not huge on being bound by a label. I have just always felt it represented me best since highschool.
