Severe headache that won't go away 36 weeks pregnant

Hiya, I have been hospital so it's just an advice post ... Just wanted to see if anyone's experienced a severe pressure headache that won't go away whilst in their 3rd trimester? It's been getting worse over the course of 8 days, I'm taking paracetamol which isn't working. I have had elevated BP since Friday 8th August, 130/85 (I always have low BP because of my POTS, BP is always between the two readings 90/50 to 100/60 so this reading is high considering my normal which I've been told)

I haven't got swelling in legs or protein in urine. But back and forth in triage with no answers yet. Had a blood test today to see if I'm at risk of getting preeclampsia, but these headaches are unbearable and make me feel so sick and I have lost some sensation in the left side of my face including vision changes.

I'm waiting to hear back from the doctors but has anyone experienced this?

Could it be hemiplegic migraines? I suffer from these and minus the blood pressure sounds very similar. Hope you are ok!

I would go back and get checked again, especially if you have new symptoms. Best to be safe!

Oh it’s so hard and that doesn’t sound like the best care at all! ☹️ I’m sorry you’re going through it right now!
