Raspberry Leaf Tea

Hey,
I've been looking at the options here, and most don't look very promising with reviews. From the one that's £6 for 14 tea bags that doubles up or that H&H brand that has hibiscus in it.

I've thought of buying capsules instead, seems to have better reviews? What is everyone's thoughts?

Thank you

The Holland and Barrett one is actually nice xx

Just watch out as when I did research it recommends the whole leaf tea. Brands like HotTeaMama only have 40% raspberry leaf and the rest is peppermint.

but the hot tea mumma is larger whole leaves they explain this in all their videos. I find it to be really good and actually much cheaper in the long run because the H&B own has less tea bags, it’s only 27% raspberry leaf anyways so you spend the same amount on a product not half as good!

the H&B ones I got were organic whole leaf with nothing else in them. Maybe there’s different versions?

I have the Myrtle & Maude brand and it’s 100% raspberry leaf. On Amazon uk you can get 30 bags for £11.

it looks like the 27% ones are “Heath and Heather” brand, not Holland and Barrett’s own brand.

you’re right, my mistake!! But I remember discussing the dosing in the shop and the lady said it makes more sense to get hot tea mumma because H&B own aren’t double dose, so you’d still spend the same money to get the same dose! It’s also really tasty😆🙈
